For Pathology providers using a 3 tier scale should use:
+	At least one level above normal limit
++	Two levels above normal limit
+++	Three levels above normal limit
-	At least one level below normal limit
--	Two levels below normal limit
---	Three levels below normal limit
For Pathology providers using a 2 tier scale should use:
H	High
HH	Above upper panic limits
L	Low
LL	Below lower panic limits
For Microbiology susceptibilities
S	Microbiology — Susceptible to antibiotic
R	Microbiology — Resistant to antibiotic
I	Microbiology — Intermediate to antibiotic

U	Results status change to final without re-transmitting results already sent as ‘preliminary’, e.g. radiology changes status from preliminary to final
