ORC discussion & terminology use in titles

SCT Record artifact hierarchy - not modelled in SCT.
Looking at terms that could be used and submitted for creation. Medical Object have done significant work withe the Virtual Medical Record (VMR) using a number of terms.

Andrew: Ideal would be able to get all the titles under "Summary Report" and the group comes up with a list of acceptable codes. With the OBR Universal service ID being one of the codes.

Michael: Group has been asked about "headings" in a Pathology report, which is similar to this.

Peter: There are some pathology reports in the SCT list.
Michael: Advantageous to use the same tree structure and use the for pathology.

Michael: DMc to talk to Angus about the headings properly eg UE & LFT. Need to be aware of the hierarchy and the SCT tree structure and place codes accordingly.

Andrew: For a REF message - descend from a "Summary Report" and have a flat list of precoordinated codes.
Pathology would be good to have under "Record hierarchy" in a parallel hierarchy.

Peter went through his spreadsheet of suggested codes for REF message titles. These are to be looked at by the group and are to be submitted to NCTS for progressing.

Andrew: Use the terminology (codes) for the record artifacts to allow people who are doing REF messages to have a standardised set.

Michael: Put the spreadsheet into a format to be sent out to the group and had feedback from the group.

Peter: To send DMc the content.

Andrew: Report titles for Pathology, Radiology and Referral messaging.

Peter: Agency to think about "using procedure codes for report codes" and/or separation of such.

Michael: Request codes are SCT and report are LOINC.

Andrew: There is logic using the request code to compare with the report code to mark as completed.

Michael: Not always get back what was ordered and the use of group codes/panels for requesting and reporting.

Andrew: discussed unique identification wrt of filler order numbers.

Michael: More complex that appears and to just add some standardised SCT content as headings.

Andrew: Proposal - Referral, Pathology and Radiology as sub headings.

Michael: Most immediate thing to do is the REF content.

Jared: Wanting to make a submission.

Person hasn't been paid, hence Jared hasn't pushed him.

Need someone to maintain Confluence who has the skills to take a snapshot of a published version with the PDF's.

Michael to talk to Jason.
