• Status - at the last O&O meeting the decision was that the draft version of the document ready for public comment.

Need the following:

• How to label the standards;
• Versioning methodology for standards;
• How to create a draft standards for public comment, to allows others to comment;
• Space needs to be navigable and easy for users to review previous documents.

 HL7 Board has agreed to contract Will Dampney to progress the editing of Confluence and pdf production.

Document status: ie draft - needs to be added and Will said it's fairly straight forward. Will has documentation on Confluence under Will's home space. (Spaces → Space directory → Will's → HL7 PDF template).

Need to add "Draft" so as to indicate it's not the standard. Decided on the image of "Draft" to be added as a watermark.
