During Meeting 1, the HL7 Australia O&O Working Group discussed:

  1. Invariant: US Core Result Observation. Agreed - Leave it in for the moment

  2. basedOn: change reference from "ProcedureRequest" to "AUBaseProcedureRequest". Agreed - Omit for the moment

  3. status: Binding - DiagnosticReportStatus (required).  Agreed - Leave as is, required for binding in FHIR

  4. category:Agreed - no reason to & don't want to restrict; check preferred coding covers most of table 0074

  5. code: make a slice on coding for pathology terminology; Agreed - keep it as "required" ie same approach as per medication
