  • Former user (Deleted) – Contact Board re proposed HL7 AU meeting - date and plans.  Endorsement received from Board 29 March 2019 – Complete
  • Former user (Deleted) – Organise HL7 AU meeting - HL7 AU Meeting 30 May 2019, venue - The Fantauzzo, 5 Boundary Street Brisbane. Complete
  • Former user (Deleted) etc – Announce & promote HL7 AU meeting to PMS vendors. Complete
  • Former user (Deleted) – Contact Board re interest in convening a Prescribing group via Medications working group. Doesn’t belong to HL7 O&O; Remove from actions
  • @Vincent McCauley – Provide input to FHIR & Pharmacy group HL7 International including Connectathons. Pending
  • @Anthony O'Neill – Assist ADHA with promoting deprecation of AS 4700.1.2.4 – 2014 to HL7 Australia. In Progress

Meeting 4 agenda

  1. HL7 AU  workshop update - free event!  Now up on HL7 AU Events page, promoted by ADHA (via Referrals & Pathology), Telstra Health and PITUS.  EB & VM (speakers) hoping to attend.  @Vincent McCauley@Vto speak to Message Acknowledgement (safety issue) ~ 10 mins 

5. Provide input to FHIR & Pharmacy group HL7 International including Connectathons – @Vincent McCauley.  Hold over to next meeting

 6. Assist ADHA with promoting deprecation of AS 4700.1.2.4 – 2014 to HL7 Australia – @Anthony O'Neill .  Communicated with David Rowlands & Sari McKinnon; is with David as part of overall work plan but status unknown

 7. OBX-5 (repeating) - Former user (Deleted) & Former user (Deleted).  Generally, OBX-5 is not repeated but may repeat in Waveform Data.  Repetition of Text Data (TX1) is forbidden in HL7 V2.4.  HL7 AUSD STD Standard specifies OBX-5 field is not repeating; in superseded standard (HL7 4700.2) OBX-5 field was repeating; edit required in specification & bring up at HL7 meeting

 8. Report naming and structure issues re PITUS wg5 Report Standardisation work  - Former user (Deleted) & Former user (Deleted). Hold over for next meeting.  Discussed Pathology Queensland’s proposed Concept Definitions & Mappings to HL7 v2.4 + FHIR.  People writing software need to understand the domain & use unambiguous language.
