  • 1. Ensure examples have the appropriate UCUM units - re section 2

  • 2. Identifiers:
    • create a page of patient identifiers, site identifiers, provider identifiers
    • create separate pages for each Observation reporting section
  • 3. Breakdown of fields re: OBR, OBX and for each field.  Follow the International Std format rather than the SA table format.
  • 4. Location of providers in messages 
  • 5. Location of dates in messages 
  • 6. Look at HL7 International std v2.3.1 for format of data types, escaping sequence and free text  (sequence number protocol is not generally used, so don't include)
