1. Ensure examples have the appropriate UCUM units - re section 2

3. Breakdown of fields re: OBR, OBX and for each field. Follow the International Std format rather than the SA table format.
4. Location of providers in messages

6. Look at HL7 International std v2.3.1 for format of data types, escaping sequence and free text (sequence number protocol is not generally used, so don't include)
