• refer to laboratories as "Pathology practices"; and report receivers as "Clinical information systems";
• when indicating a Australian constraint, use the term "by Australian consensus";
• table contents that are no used in Australia should be indicated by strikethrough of the term;
• table contents that are possible values, use the blue highlight of the line in the table;
• add more detailed content to datatypes section, copy from the International version (Donna);
• add issues when senders use test messages into the common errors section (Eric);
• add issues when reporting using bullets, as reports likely to have "?" as the bullet is not recognised character; add to common issues (Eric);
• use "Must" as a standard and "Should" as a guideline;
• discuss whether PIT format should be allowed.
